GUEST BLOGGING REQUIREMENTS
Thank you for your interest in contributing to the CBI as a guest writer. We value fresh perspectives and expert insights from our community. These guidelines will help you create content that aligns with our standards and resonates with our audience.
Read our blogging guidelines before submitting your articles
1. We only accept original content that hasn’t been published elsewhere and won’t be republished on your personal blog in the future. Ensure your article covers topics not previously addressed on our blog by conducting a site search before finalizing your content.
2. Your article should be accurate, well-written, and provide genuine value to our readers. We publish thoroughly researched, in-depth posts that appeal to a highly-educated audience.
3. Adopt a casual yet informative tone, and include an engaging title. Familiarize yourself with our blog to understand our preferred style.
4. Aim for a minimum word count of 1,500 words. You’re allowed two anchor text links to your website within the post. Additionally, you may include 3-5 hyperlinks to relevant Crisvard blog posts or other websites in your article.
5. We have zero tolerance for plagiarism and will reject any article that isn’t unique and human-written. All submissions are checked using AI Content Detectors.
6. Structure your content with paragraphs containing no more than 3-4 sentences each. Organize your writing using Headings: H2s, H3s, and H4s.
7. Utilize bulleted lists when possible, and format numbered lists as number + period.
8. Feel free to enhance your text with infographics, screenshots, GIFs, or illustrations (with proper attribution), though this is optional.
9. Submit your post in Word format or Google Document (add a link). Proofread carefully before submission.
10. Include a brief one- to two-sentence author bio [name, experience, social media profile (optional)].
